A/C service recommendations- Raleigh area

Postby lindacheema » Mon Sep 13, 2010 9:08 am

We'll, it's my turn to ask for advice!

This topic has been asked a lot, but I'll ask it again to see if anyone has any new ideas.

Apparently our a/c has a leak, is lsuper ow on freon and I'm freaking out thinking this is going to cost a TON of money that we don't have.

Anyone had this or a similar issue and used a good service in the Raleigh area?

I'm afraid of getting talked (or scared) into having extra work done and sold services and parts we don't need. I just need someone reliable and trustworty! Tell me someone's hubby, cousin, BIL, uncle, son or brother is a great service tech!

A/C repair

I had the same problem a few mths ago and went online to get a referral before calling someone and Air Quality came up with many positive reviews. Of course it was one of those 100 degree days! They came right away and got it going again. I was out of freon and it was about $200 to fill it up. I have referred them to several friends who have been happy with the price and service, too.
