Just wanted to put the word out there to anyone who may consider a local business in Holly Springs.

If you ever need computer work done and consider Click Computers Inc. in the Sunset Plaza, don't! There has been a situation where a simple process of soldering a piece to a motherboard was taken in to be done (just the part not the whole computer) and when this was done, they fried the whole motherboard. Then, they refused to acknowledge it was their fault or do anything about it, rendering the laptop useless. Most companies would do something. This company did nothing, and as a matter of fact, the owner/manager would not even speak to the client and made the employee be the middle person not to mention never make any calls to client in any form as far as update for the original work to be done or this work, give a time frame for work to be done by, etc. VERY unprofessional all the way around.

Considering this is a new business, you'd think they would want to grow their business and use good business commonsense as well. Not to mention take ownership for the quality of their work. Out 1 very expensive work laptop that was bought to the tune of $1,800 at the time it was bought and due to work need and replacement necessity after waiting for some kind of resolution patiently (overly patient with them) 3 weeks total time, $1000 for a new laptop to replace it.

Better Business compliant is being !
