Home Air Conditioning Unit - need repaired or replaced

Hi,

I think the 32 year old a.c. just bit the dust. The smell is awful!

Does anyone know a good replacement unit, and a fair-priced place to do the installation? I suppose it could be fixable, with a big chunk of luck!
