Walgreens Deals 1/1 - 1/8/11

I ran across a couple of really good deals that I wanted to share.

L'Oreal Excellence or Excellence to Go are 2/$12 with WAG Q on the front of the flier. I signed up with L'Oreal and printed 2 - $3/2 IPs for any L'Oreal Paris products. The regular price was $8.79 each, which qualified my purchase ($15 or more L'Oreal products) for a $5 RR toward my next purchase. The math: $12 - $3 - $5 = $4 for 2 Hair colors! Yay! And I have one more $3/2 IP to use tomorrow.

Walgreens 18 ct Tampons are $2 and there is a $0.50/1 IP on redplum.com, which makes them $1.50 for a box.

I don't use hair color, but I do notice all the L'Oreal coupons that come by.
Looks like there are different 2.00/1 insert Qs out there. The latest set from 1/2/11 SS.
So you may want to use 2 of them to get your price down to 3.00/2?

I honestly don't buy newspapers. I print IPs and occasionally place an order at TCC. And, usually there are some $2/1 IPs around, too. But I couldn't find any. 2/$4 is an awesome price considering they are almost $9 each at regular price. I will unfortunately pay that price if my hair needs to be colored!

At least this way I will get 4 for the price of 1.......
