I've got confirmation as well. My only fear is that this is taking the place of triples, but hopefully there will be some good deals to be had.

I read this also, but have read that the super doubles will be in place of triples. Of course the poster might be wrong. My only gripe.. who has coupons for $1.98? Doubles up to $2 would have been nice.

There are a LOT of $1+ Qs out there. I think this could rival triples for sure...unfortunately, I will be on vacation for most of the sale... Sad

I'm pretty excited about it - gives me a chance to use a whole new set of q's. The <$1 q's were getting pretty slim pickens in the paper lately, seems like $1 is the new .75
I'll have to review my binder and see if there's deals to be had!

What site is wuc?? I'm kind of excited about super doubles -- it seems like most of the coupons for stuff I buy are $1, so it will be great to double them!

Just got it from the BIG DOG.

It is for sure gonna happen.

Super Doubles : 24th - 30th --- coupons up to $1.98

Doubles will replace triples this month. Probably just a one time thing for now but he ended it with "who knows"

Limit 20 coupons per day that will double and that will include the normal .99 and under in that total.

They say the problem with using (ex:) 10 q's at one store and 10 q's at another has been worked out.

It also should catch multiple cards registered at a single address and count them as one (1) card.

What problem are you referring to? I wasn't aware that there was a problem with using x number of qs at one store and then using the amount of qs needed to get to the 20 limit at another store. Was there?

(Sorry, my question seems confusing).

There had been a problem during the end of the last triples.

Some people had used there card at one store with xyz number of coupons and when they went to another store to finish out their 20 coupons the register was kicking out their card and would not double/triple their coupons.

HTH,
Chet

Just to make sure everyone is clear on what Chet said: (I know there are alot of new guys around.)

The computer system is now tracking coupon usage and WILL cut off after 20 coupons double PER DAY. Not per store. No multiple shops allowed anymore.

I am kinda glad about this. Really takes the pressure off to be there the first day of the sale at 7am!

PostPosted: Thu Jun 18, 2009 11:41 am    Post subject: This week's deals? Reply with quote

I'm wondering what coupons I should hold off using this week & save for the super doubles. Any suggestions? (for example, would it be better to use the Jimmy Dean 1 dollar off breakfast sausage this week while it's on sale, or wait until next week when the coupon will be worth 2 dollars).

Thanks in advance!

Well, poo!!! I am out of town until the beginning of July and will miss Super Doubles! Ugh! LOL! Oh well, something will come around when I get back! Wish they would do Super Doubles every day! Considering I have heard rumors of Bloom doing doubles and FL possibly as well, if that happens, HT is going to have to step it up a notch with all the competition!

Either way you want to do it is OK.

This week it's $2.50 then -$1.00 coupon = $1.50
Next week it's $3.49 then -$1.00 q dbl. = $1.49 (unless the sale is extended)
